All payments made for marketing or advertising services are non-refundable once work has begun.Monthly marketing retainers or service plans may be canceled at any time, but will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing period.




3. Lead Generation (Contractor Leads)


All leads delivered through our system are considered billable and non-refundable.If a lead is clearly invalid (fake name, wrong service area, disconnected phone number), you may request a review within 48 hours of delivery. Credits may be issued at our discretion.




4. Chargebacks & Disputes
